Nel 1935 Albert decise di mantenere la promessa fatta all’amico d’infanzia Ahmed, andarlo a trovare e, al tempo stesso, realizzare uno dei suoi sogni. Albert rimase affascinato dall’antica cultura Egizia e durante la visita all’amico in Egitto poté apprezzare i lunghi tour alla gran-de piramide di Giza, così come quelli ai templi di Luxor e Hatshepsut.
